If you continue and schedule a consultation with us it is understood that you accept our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, then you should not proceed.
24-Hour Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to avoid forfeiting of your payment. A refund will be granted in the event your consult is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
In case of emergency when advance notice is not possible, it is up to the discretion of 1-800-ShowMeHow to determine whether the consultation will be rescheduled.
1-800ShowMeHow is under no obligation to make up a consultation when a client is a “no show” or does not give 24-hour reschedule/cancellation notice.
Late Arrival to Consultation Policy:
All consultations will end at the scheduled time even if client shows up to the consultation late. If a client is ten minutes late to the consultation without prior notification, the client will be considered a “no show” and a refund for that consultation will be forfeited. It is understood that 1-800-ShowMeHow have other clients and appointments that must be respected.
If 1-800-ShowMeHow misses a scheduled appointment without notice to the client, then that session will be made up at no additional cost to the client. 1-800-ShowMeHow is required to give clients the same 24-hour notice when a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.
