The owners reserve the right to terminate a User’s use of this site at any time without notice and may do so for any breach of this Agreement or the instructions on this site by the User. This Agreement applies to licensors and advertisers as well.

Except with regard to personal information, all information which you post on this site or communicate to Owner through this site (collectively “Submissions”) shall forever be the property of Owner. Owner shall not treat any submission as confidential and shall not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Company services or products. Without limitation, Owner shall have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to any Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. You hereby represent and warrant that your Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Owner’s, licensors’ or other third party materials, services or products referenced on this site are common law or registered trademarks or service marks of such parties.
5. Third Party Sites

You can shop at 1-800-ShowMeHow online with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal, a leading payment gateway since 1998.

We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

12. Refund Policy
Our company’s entire liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be a refund of price paid for the services rendered. All remedies are limited to the United States.
When purchasing ‘Packages’ of time, please note that you have 60 days to use this time. Any time not used can be refunded at the purchasers request within 60 days of purchase but the hours used will be calculated at the full price. These fees will be subtracted from the ‘Package price paid’ and the remainder refunded.
13. 24-Hour Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to avoid forfeiting of your payment. A refund will be granted in the event your consult is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
In case of emergency when advance notice is not possible, it is up to the discretion of 1-800-ShowMeHow to determine whether the consultation will be rescheduled.
1-800ShowMeHow is under no obligation to make up a consultation when a client is a “no show” or does not give 24-hour reschedule/cancellation notice.
14. Late Arrival to Consultation Policy:
All consultations will end at the scheduled time even if client shows up to the consultation late. If a client is ten minutes late to the consultation without prior notification, the client will be considered a “no show” and a refund for that consultation will be forfeited. It is understood that 1-800-ShowMeHow have other clients and appointments that must be respected.
If 1-800-ShowMeHow misses a scheduled appointment without notice to the client, then that session will be made up at no additional cost to the client. 1-800-ShowMeHow is required to give clients the same 24-hour notice when a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.
