Remember the adage;”Never judge a book by its cover”? Well, this is nice, but unfortunately, not true, especially in the world of marketing.  Consumers want immediate gratification and that means they want to know upfront and quickly what business you are in and what you have to offer them.

So how do you sell your page in 5 seconds or less? Statistics show that this is roughly how long a first impression takes when someone is searching on the Internet for something to buy.

Grab Their Attention With a Logo

Most logos are graphics rather than text because text takes time to read. Text as a logo, like the name of the brand for example, can be effective, but in most cases, graphics do the trick nicely.

Graphics are visual and can attract consumers or drive them away. It depends on how they are designed and how effectively they represent your business or personal brand. Creating an impressive personality through a logo can help you develop even a stronger brand.

A well crafted logo can mean not only more traffic to your site but also greater customer loyalty. Well crafted logos are simple and reflect the overall feel of the business, products and services.  To achieve this, a great deal of thought needs to go into the logo before it’s ever launched.

Potential customers will either feel good about your logo or they won’t. Your logo will attract people and when done correctly will stick in their minds for future reference.
